Masks of moth worm and cocoon

Masks - recycle plastic, horns, latex, imitation leather and imitation fur.

This project is an extension of The Moth and The Bat Flying to the Light project, and stems from a collaboration with a museum of natural history, addressing taxidermy and methods of preservation of nature. The performers in the video are depicted as insect/human hybrids trying to find a way to communicate with dead animals.
